Your safety comes first
At AURÈ Studio, your safety, comfort and the quality of your results are our highest priorities. Please carefully read the following information before booking your appointment.

Clients Who Cannot Be Treated

For your safety, AURÈ Studio is unable to provide brow treatments to:

  • Those under 18 years of age
  • People with diabetes, unless you have written approval/clearance from your doctor
  • Pregnant women
  • Those who are breastfeeding
  • Those with glaucoma or those taking blood-thinning medication (e.g. aspirin)
  • Those with any skin diseases, symptoms or irritation affecting the area to be treated
  • Those who are prone to easily triggered post-inflammatory hyperpigmentation
  • Those with keloid (raised) or hypertrophic scarring
  • Those with active skin cancer in the area to be tattooed
  • Those who are haemophiliac or have a bleeding disorder
  • Those with healing disorders or a heart condition
  • Those taking any skin medication, such as Roaccutane — a waiting period of 6–12 months after completing the course is required — or steroids which thin and over-sensitise the skin
  • Those with serious diseases or disorders such as cancer, epilepsy or autoimmune conditions
  • Those currently undergoing radiotherapy or chemotherapy treatment
  • Those with transmissible blood conditions such as HIV or Hepatitis
  • Those who have recently had Botox or any filler treatment in or near the area. You must wait 6 weeks, or have written clearance from the GP confirming that it is safe to proceed

Touch-Up Appointment

Your complimentary touch-up appointment must be booked within 4–6 weeks of your initial appointment.

Touch-ups requested after 6 weeks will be subject to an additional charge.

Please note that healing and pigment retention can vary from person to person. Following AURÈ Studio's aftercare guidance carefully is essential to achieving the best possible healed results.

PREPARATION

Pre-Appointment Requirements

A little goes a long way
To ensure your treatment is as comfortable as possible and your brows heal beautifully, please follow the preparation guidelines below before your appointment.

24 Hours Before Your Appointment

  • Avoid alcohol for at least 24 hours before your appointment, as it may increase bleeding and sensitivity during the treatment
  • Avoid aspirin, ibuprofen and other blood-thinning medication unless it has been prescribed to you by your doctor. Never stop prescribed medication without medical advice
  • Avoid recreational drugs before your appointment
  • Avoid caffeine on the day of your appointment, including coffee, energy drinks and pre-workout, to prevent any increase in sensitivity

1 Week Before Your Appointment

  • Do not wax, thread or tint your eyebrows for at least 1 week before your appointment
  • Avoid facial treatments around the brow area, including chemical peels, strong exfoliants and aggressive facials
  • Avoid excessive sun exposure and tanning around the treatment area

On The Day Of Your Appointment

  • Arrive with clean skin and no makeup around the brow area
  • Please avoid applying brow makeup, creams, oils or skincare products directly on and/or around the brows before your appointment
  • Eat a proper meal before arriving and stay well hydrated. This can help you feel more comfortable throughout your treatment

Before your appointment, please make sure you have disclosed any relevant medical conditions, medications or allergies.
